We would like to inform you that from 01.02.2024 each of our newly produced articles (related to aerosol and containers) will receive a new 6-digit batch number.
This number will be retained from the preparation phase to bottling of any kind and will remain unchanged. The best-before date (BBD) will be added separately and will not be included in the 6-digit batch number.
By making this change, we want to eliminate errors and possible confusion. This not only makes handling easier, but also offers numerous other advantages:
Unique identification:
The consistent 6-digit batch number enables clear and unambiguous identification of each product batch, regardless of the production phase. This promotes efficient traceability.
Efficient warehousing:
Retailers and end customers can ensure efficient warehousing thanks to the consistent BBDs. This promotes planning reliability and facilitates inventory management.
Avoidance of errors:
The clear structure of the new batch numbers minimizes the risk of mix-ups and errors. You will always receive products with the same batch number on a pallet, as we will pack them by type in future (one batch number per pallet).
Efficient quality control:
The clear separation of batch number and BBD facilitates quality control and enables precise monitoring throughout the production process.
