MR^® 76 SH Magnetic powder suspension

• Cycloaliphatic hydrocarbon (free of fluorescence) with iron oxide pigments
• MR^® 76 SH Magnetic powder suspension black, System “Hot” serves to indicate cracks when performing non fluorescent magnetic particle inspection, highly sensitive test medium for temperature ranges from 50-130 °C
• Flash point medium: > 155 °C
• Boiling point medium: > 300 °C
• Medium particle size d_a = 2,5 – 5 µm
• Sediment 0,6 – 1,0 ml / 100 ml (1 h)
• Low odour
• Aerosol over head sprayable

You can use MR® 72 as an undercoat color for MR® 76 SH if the temperature does not exceed 130 °C. For higher temperatures, no undercoat paint is available at the moment.
